Membership

We invite you to become a member of the Foodservice Educators Learning Community, a professional membership association created for culinary arts and hospitality educators and dedicated to making good teachers great teachers for the students of tomorrow.

We have 2 types of membership; Individual and Institutional.
A one-year individual membership to FELC is $50 to receive the following benefits:

  • Educator Certification (CFSE designation) available to members only
  • Networking opportunities with culinary arts and hospitality educators
  • Access to our blog/newsletter, instructional materials and support from our sponsors
  • Access to curriculum materials such as lesson plans, syllabi, and instructional materials
  • Job opportunities
  • Stay current with educational happenings throughout the country
  • Discount on registration to annual Summit
  • Value and prestige to your educational resume or vitae

Once you become a member you will have immediate access to the members’ area on our website, which will continue to offer more and more online features. All members will also receive a certificate to validate their membership to others.

For Institutional Membership:
Institutional membership was created for companies or schools that want FELC membership benefits available to their entire staff. All individual membership benefits apply. Levels of institutional membership are listed below:
Up to 10 faculty, annual membership is $300.
For staff of 11 or more, contact jyanoski@fooded.org for special pricing.
