Refund Policy
Refund Policy: A full refund, minus $15 processing fee, will be made if
cancellation is received within 30 days of becoming a member of FELC.
Other than the case of a personal emergency, no refunds can be made
after the 30 day deadline. Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail,
voice mail, or fax but must be confirmed within the two week
cancellation period by Jami Yanoski.
